Jhason Wint currently holds the Executive Director role with the 80 Watt PBID (Property Business Improvement District) and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and skillsets obtained via his management experience as an executive leader and business developer. Jhason is full of energy and is an ideas generator! His love of and for people and adventure has led him down a diverse portfolio of experiences that range from serving as a Platoon Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, executive leadership positions, running his own company as an entrepreneur, B2B Relations, National Sales, OEM Distributorship, and even recording music!
Jhason holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Development with double minors in Psychology and Industrial Technology. In grad school, he also earned his M.B.A/MKT degree while working 40 hours per week and raising—at the time, three small children.
Jhason brings with him a dynamic ability and career of connecting with people. His business development, marketing, and operational experiences contribute to a strong synergy and engagement capacity– a “people first” approach.
Present-day, the number of Jhason’s children has grown from three to five, ranging in age from 19 to 7. The same energy Jhason puts into his work, he also puts into spending time with his family and friends. Favorite pastimes include traveling, trips to the ocean and river, camping, fishing, shooting, rafting, and motorcycle riding. Jhason also enjoys dancing, singing, inventing/creating, making deals, and supporting his wife’s artistic talents as a prolific acrylic painter, crafter, and budding empowerment YouTube personality.
As the Executive Director of the 80 Watt PBID, Jhason is continually looking for innovative and engaging ways to equip, empower, and encourage, others to excellence. In His Own Words: “I’m very excited and extremely honored for opportunities to be of service. I know there is a lot of work to do out there, and I am confident that we, you and me—us, can get it done working together as a TEAM. As the great thought leader Napoleon Hill once said, ‘Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can also achieve.’ With that, I look forward to master-minding with you and producing effective solutions for the common good. While doing so, we will make sure to leave room for fun along the way. I can think of no greater professional honor than to wake up every day and serve someone. To help them do better, be better, and live better.”
BOARD CHAIR
Trena Ellis’s career spans 36 years in Real Estate & Facilities Management. She has worked in various capacities in property management, real estate portfolio management, security, construction, vendor management, and administrative management.
Trena earned her CFM (Certified Facility Manager) designation in 2008, LEED AP O+M (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design, Accredited Professional in Operations & Maintenance) Certification in 2014, and in 2018 she achieved a Master Certificate in Applied Project Management from Villanova University. Trena previously worked for PowerSchool where she supported the company for 21 years in facilities management performing tenant improvements across North America and in India. Trena now works for SAFE Credit Union where she oversees the facilities and security operations at 20 branches across Greater Sacramento and manages a 100,000 square-foot headquarters building in Folsom, CA.
Some of her proudest achievements have been completing two large tenant improvement projects in Bangalore, India, 45,000-sq. ft. and 32,000-sq. ft. Completing international projects of this magnitude was the highlight of Trena’s career and seeing the joy on the employees’ faces was the icing on the cake! Another proud accomplishment was completing a large tenant improvement project in Manhattan, New York, on the 8th floor of a high-rise building.
Trena is passionate about making a difference and looks forward to working with the Watt PBID Team in making our business owners feel confident that they have a supportive, collaborative team behind them.

ACTING VICE-CHAIR
David Kuhnen acts as CFO and General Manager for Recycling Industries, Inc. Mr. Kuhnen has over 25 years of management and operations experience in the solid waste and recycling industry. Mr. Kuhnen has been responsible for citing, designing, permitting, and expanding all facilities at Recycling Industries Inc.
Mr. Kuhnen participates actively in community efforts to make the area clean and safe. Mr. Kuhnen graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and information systems. Mr. Kuhnen has earned his Eagle Scout ranking from the Boy Scouts of America.
In addition, Mr. Kuhnen has volunteered for over 10 years as a board member in the formation and operation of the 80-Watt Property and Business Improvement District, a non-profit Property and Improvement District in North Highlands. Also, he is a board member of the Rotary Club of Yuba City and of the Yuba-Sutter Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Committee.
Tina Dover, Licensed Commercial Property Manager, started her career over 25 years ago in residential property management. After 10 years in the residential property management market, she moved into the finance and mortgage field. While this journey was fulfilling for 12 years, her career path lead her back to where it all started…the property management field. This time around, the commercial property management side was a better fit. Tina has successfully managed a large portfolio for B & Z Properties since 2019. Tina takes pride in her job every day and enjoys working with her B & Z Team, tenants, owners, and outstanding vendors.
